RESET, the 4-week challenge, is finally here! This plan includes short workouts that can be done anywhere - they’re fun, simple and effective! They’re great for everyone looking to get stronger, improve endurance and cardiovascular health, burn calories in a short period of time, and most importantly feel good physically and mentally! No gym required - the workouts require minimal equipment so they can literally be done anywhere you’d like - all you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells, a short resistance band and an exercise mat. Optional weekly challenges are also included to make it even spicier! This plan is for all fitness levels - step-by-step photo demonstrations & modifications of the moves are shown at the end.
This guide includes:
- 4-week workout split (4x per week) working your entire body!
- 30-40 min each workout focusing on strength, conditioning and HIIT.
- Weekly challenges - each is 10 mins long & to be done at the end of each week - optional but definitely worth a try!
- Exercise library for all the exercises (photo demonstrations) and modifications also available.
- Goal journal to help you focus on your personal growth & intentions for the year.
