This month presents a wonderful opportunity for enhancing your spiritual and mental well-being. While doing so, it’s important not to pause your fitness journey. Dedicate time before or after breaking your fast to focus on your health and well-being, and get in a quick and effective workout.
This guide focuses on functional training, incorporating both strength and cardio exercises. You’ll need dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, a box or bench, a medicine ball, and access to cardio machines, such as rower, bike, ski erg and treadmill. All exercises can be adjusted to suit your fitness level, goals and equipment available. This guide is great for everyone; whether you’re aiming to maintain strength, lose fat, build endurance, or simply feel good and move well.
This 4-week workout plan consists of four workouts per week, with a focus on both lower and upper body exercises. Each workout session is 30-40 minutes. Write down your goals and intentions for the month, be consistent and keep showing up for yourself!
